The Métropole Nice Côte d'Azur, an urban public transport authority, organizes this service and defines its terms and conditions.

• people who, due to their disability, cannot
• use public transport, whether alone or accompanied
• persons in wheelchairs
• persons who are completely blind
• disabled visitors or tourists staying in the
• region and meeting the aforementioned criteria.

Mobil’Azur is also available to people staying temporarily in the Métropole Nice Côte d’Azur, provided they lawfully meet the access conditions.

Registration for the services is effective after the mandatory attendance before the Transport Security committee, the favourable opinion of the latter, and the agreement to pay and payment of the €7.60 registration fee.
These committees meet monthly in the MOBIL’AZUR offices, and are chaired by a doctor, an occupational therapist, and representatives of the Métropole Nice Côte d’Azur and MOBIL’AZUR.

The monthly access committee comprises:

• A doctor,
• An occupational therapist, 
• A representative of the Métropole Nice Côte d’Azur,
• A representative of Mobil'Azur.

After a medical opinion and personal meeting with the requesting party, the commission rules on access to the service. The registration committees are organized monthly at the Mobil'Azur head office for residents of the City sector. For inhabitants of the Tinée and Vésubie valleys, this same board travels to these sectors and organizes committee meetings under the same conditions.
